Resolve Structural Limited (“Resolve Structural”, “we”) is a structural and civil engineering practice based at Ground Floor, Techno Centre, Station Road, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5BJ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

• Enquiry details - name, contact details, property address and project description submitted through our quote and contact forms. Used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to deliver the engineering work.
• Client project data - held in our client systems when you engage us, retained as part of the professional project record.
• Website analytics - aggregate usage statistics to understand how the site is used.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (replying to you) and pre-contractual steps; client data under contract; and statutory record-keeping under legal obligation.

Sharing
